New version of CoolReader for PocketBook v0.0.5-6

List of changes according to pkbo:

+ Fixed a selection of links, some not previously allocated,
even go on them can be
+ Added ability to select words when working with a dictionary in the second
column in the corresponding mode.
+ Added paging with a sensor (taken from Fbreader180)
