Hi! I have a PE for a few weeks, updated to Ermine as soon as i got it. Might not be relevant, but how did you rename the file? Just download, click on the file name and delete unnecessary letters : ermine-0.9 Do not delete the whole file name and then rename! And than just follow instructions.
The same happend to me, and than i reread instructions thinking what did i do wrong.
It was a stupid little mistake.
After that Ermine installed without a problem.
