Actually I can understand how someone who has grown accustomed to holding the Kindle in a certain way and using the side buttons to change pages could find the Kobo Touch different and awkward to use at first. Some people (like that reviewer) could take it as a reason to prefer the older unit and dismiss the new one as unsuitable, rather than adapting. Obviously to those of us who aren't attached to an older unit, it's not a factor at all - we quickly find our own preferred way to hold the Kobo Touch, and we don't see what the fuss is about. While it may be understandable, the fault with the review is that the reviewer should have presented a more balanced view instead of a personal bias.
