Mints in England are usually Peppermint, occassionaly Spearmint. Usually as
Polos or
Trebor Extra Strong.
I suppose there is
Kendal Mint Cake, which is a very English sweet.
And although it's not actually a mint, there's
Fisherman's Friends, which are certainly English. And very strong.
But I don't recognise the picture of your mints.
