I, too, have done away with all those tiny tracks, and rip each disc as a single file - though WMA format. Obviously they all share the same artist and album, but the first disc should say "TITLE - Part 01", then "TITLE - Part 02", etc. One thing that is important is to batch tag the book "type" as Audiobook!

As the previous poster said, they all go in the same folder and transferred (if you tag it Audiobook as above, you can put it in Music and save the bookmarking function).
