Options as a Strategic Investment by Lawrence G. McMillan. This is the bible for options traders. I've been intimidated by what other people say about it, but 60 pages in (covered calls), it seems to be very straightforward and accessible so far.
I might have to change my tune when I get to the more sophisticated strategies later in the book.
