Okay, I am not sure what the debug log file means, but I tried this as well. I signed out of Kobo Desktop, closed Kobo Desktop, started debug, started Kobo Desktop again, signed in and it downloaded all my content to Kobo Desktop, including the magazine subscriptions. Then I connected the Touch, and synced again. I will attach the log file below for this.
Again I appreciate any help you can offer. I feel a little better that I am not the only one with this problem, but I would like some idea that there will be a resolution soon.
And yes, some, but not all of the magazines show up on my ipod touch.
