One of the things I plan to pick up when I'm in the States next month is a 'Slow Cooker.' I've been drooling, dreaming of BBQ'd pulled pork. I don't eat much beef any more, but some cuts that wouldn't cost a fortune here could be done nicely if cooked slowly.

Beef shoulder meat does need some slow lovin' care to cook it. KK, 'Arm Steak' is just a thin cut from the same area as a shoulder roast, and requires the same kind of treatment.
