So you have nearly five month's supply of ebooks in your TBR pile — nearly enough to last you into 2011. I think you should probably aim to get that down to two to three months supply, say under 10, before buying more ebooks.

Otherwise you'll quickly find yourself in my position, with two years or more reading material in your TBR pile.

Ideally I want to get my TBR pile down to just over a month's supply — no more than 20 books or so. But that's not likely to happen until 2014 at the earliest.
