For me the biggest turn off is a price tag that's too high. No one ereader is going to be perfect for everyone I'm sure, but the biggest turn off is a price that's too high for me to be able to afford. Being too heavy or overly large would be another minus. I believe an ereader should be convenient not only in that it allows you a variety of reading materials, but that it doesn't weigh too much to be able to easily carry around. On cool days I wear a light jacket and carry my Kindle 3 in one of the pockets and it weighs so little that sometimes I almost forget it's there.
