Unfortunately, Sony doesn't recognize a warranty outside the U.S. The only option is if you have a Stateside friend or relative to make the warranty claim for you.

Even that's pretty iffy because what you're describing sounds like a screen breakage, which they usually respond isn't covered by the warranty, regardless.
