That is an interesting question since it is based on the Calibre engine. Here is a quote from their support page.

"Hamster Free eBook Converter made by HamsterSoft and based on Calibre-engine created by Kovid Goyal and inherits all GNU GPL 3.0 restrictions."

I suppose we won't know if it does more than Calibre until someone tries both.
