Since the offer expires 31 Jul, the credit won't be applied until sometime between 31 Jul and 21 Aug. That would rule out trying it twice, since the 7-day deadline for returns would occur before then.

They're more than likely the same offer. Maybe someone will call Amazon to be sure.
