M&S has this reader at £139, so the Makro price seems very good.

Where do you get that it's compatible with DRM, though? This isn't mentioned in the specs I can see.

Also, note there is a version knocking around with far fewer features, and some who purchased the cheap Makro one have said that the specs quoted are incorrect as it only supports TXT and HTML files; see the comments in this thread:
