Your Anti-virus or a download manager corrupted the Install program.
Look at the A/V log to see if it noted any activity involving Calibre....MSI.

(The evil of just letting the A/V *fix* a suspect file in background.I prefer the "Always Ask" option, but that is not a good option for a public(club) PC)
