Some official at Woot! posted a telephone number for enTourage during their last sale. I haven't tried it myself, but if I were having the kind of problem you are having, I would. It is: 1-866-639-0080, posted by Agingdragqueen on June 29. He/she says enTourage is still supporting Woot customers, and surely all other customers as well.
