Here is an interesting hurdle.

These booksellers have sat on their backside, not willing to invest into ebook online selling (at equitable and fair pricing, Dymocks anyone?), whilst Borders and A&R powered up with Kobo to provide an online service.

Now Borders and A&R are gone and the ebook side of their business purchased by Pearson (who no doubt see the potential), these other booksellers decide to winge about it and call in the ACCC?
