I must admit that until now, I only downloaded one Dutch ebook (and not even a real one, it was a pdf... and it was free).
I have bought quite some (paper) books and other stuff from Bol.com (even before they were delivering everything in Belgium: I work in the Netherlands, so it was easy to have the things shipped to my work.)
Apart from Bol.com there is Selexyz.nl. Though, many of there books are pdfs, you really have to search for epubs. And I just discovered cosmox.be
