My experience was that they had no clue as to what was going on. Always told that someone was working on it and that they'd contact me. When contact didn't happen, more phone calls initiated the same response. Finally, I was contacted last week and told that my promo was activated, with no explanation as to what the problem was. I sent a response requesting details and so far, nothing. I really don't expect an answer.
