Fair guesses I guess... The answer is between them. And before anyone get's wise with 'what kind of kiss,' I'm thinking the sort a mother would give you.
I ran this as an experiment in a microbiology class back in 1965... I had each student in the class kiss a petri dish filled with beef broth agar-agar. I then incubated the dishes for a week, and averaged the colony count.
