LOL, we are so different. My motto is: beauty first, comfort second.

So you haven't grown since you were 12?

I know I not only gained height but feminine curves as well since I was 12, so I'm pretty sure the clothes I had at age 12 would look terrible on 24-year old me.

I still don't think they have pretty shoes, but it's probably just a matter of taste

It's good to know they make other shoes beside those ugly huge plastic-looking things.
Today I'm wearing the dress I wore to the BBQ with a pair of flat sandals. Nothing more. I've named it 'the world's most uncomplicated summer outfit'
A topic that we talked about in the cup-thread was leggings. I happen to like leggings, a lot. Especially in winter, because by wearing a pair of warm leggings you can still wear a dress when it's cold. I told Astra that I think leggings can be worn by everyone ... Boy, was I wrong. This morning I saw a young girl, overweight, in a short dress with black leggings that ended about 15 cm above her ankles, which was the widest part of her calf and made her legs look even bigger. With that, she wore sandals
with white socks
That made me think though: what is the best length for leggings? I usually wear them ankle length or just above the ankle (where your leg starts to thin, just below the calf muscles). I have pretty muscular and so bigger than average calfs (the fate of a runner), so I always feel knee-length or capri leggings look ridiculous on me. How do you girls (and guys?

) wear leggings?
EDIT: and also this: what do you think about wearing leggings with a sleeveless dress/tunic? I always think it looks a bit weird, but sometimes I like the coverage leggings provide (like when I'm to lazy to shave my legs

)
