One option if you are on Windows Vista or above on the computer would be RoboCopy.

robocopy /e /dcopy:t   "location of old library" "location of new library"
The switches mean
Quote:
/E : Copy Subfolders, including Empty Subfolders.
/DCOPY:T : Copy Directory Timestamps.
