I'm still waiting for the soap photo!

I have a question for the fashion knowledgeable;
Should a belt be threaded left to right or right to left when the buckle is neutral? This had been a long running debate between me and a close friend, and I'd like some closure. While I'm not prepared to go to war over this, as some countries might over which end of an egg to open, I would like to believe that I'm correct.

There is a way to do it right and there is one that is wrong. Mens and womens clothes button up in different directions. The closure of your belt has to be on the side where your button is and the end with the holes is where the holes of the trousers are.

So for men it is a different direction as for women.
