Can't be read on the Kindle (maybe not the Literati) without removing DRM. Even if could, if it's a PDF, the experience is often sub-optimal.
The Literati, I understood, runs Kobo software. So there ought to be no problem loading ADE to unlock the epub (the ACSM file is used to download so you'll have to have a live internet connection when you double-click). This is exactly the same thing that happens when you borrow a library ebook.
