EDIT: Please read my follow-up post further below. I was far too critical of this cover initially, but after using it for a while I've come to realise it really is an excellent accessory. The niggles I highlighted are still valid, but on balance, the pros well outweigh the cons. I just hope that the cover will stretch slightly over time. This is more for aesthetics - I'm more glad it's not loose and flimsy like the Sony lighted cover, and at least I'm assured my reader will not fall or slide out of this cover!

I recently ordered the above case, and for the seemingly measly sum of £7.50 from the Tuff-Luv website, as it is currently on clearance sale. I also ordered with it one of their clip-on LED lights.

I have to tell you, had I been forced to pay top dollar for the cover I'd feel extremely cheated. As I haven't, I don't, but I am regardless returning the cover for free thanks to their very generous returns policy (30 days, postage paid). I cannot fault Tuff-Luv's customer service, but the cover I received wasn't exactly first class.

First off, the smell is horrible. It sticks to your fingers, and you can taste it. No, I haven't been licking the cover, but somehow, you can taste the smell if your fingers go anywhere near your mouth after you have held it.

Secondly, my cover was way too tight a fit for the PRS-350. I had to jam it in, and as a result the front part of the case where the reader is when you've flipped it over is pushed up under the strain and casts a great big shadow over the reader.

Thirdly, the clip-on LED light cannot clip onto the cover, as the fit is already to tight for it to slide in.

Fourthly, feel the stitching under the front bezel (where the reader will slide (or jam) in). It's ROUGH!

I am unhappy about the quality. I only paid £7.50, but the original price was something like 28 quid! That's only about a tenner off an official lighted cover.

I'm returning mine, and I've ordered a proper Sony cover. I'm sacrificing protection (the Tuff-Luv cover is 'Tuff') for aesthetics and usability.

I'll let everyone know what I think of the Sony cover when it arrives! I really wish I could recommened Tuff-Luv, but I can't.
