That was my thought, as well. Unless they use the SD card to add the titles to your library and then lock in the DRM once accessed (or use an open type of adobe DRM that is not the standard). I think they are hidden on the SD card (which means someone will figure out how to access them to do a backup) and have no DRM at all.
