One thing you need to make sure about is the formats. If you support different ebook formats, make sure all books you sell are available in those supported formats. If I have a Kindle, and a book I want from you is only in ePub, I'm not going to buy it. If I want one for my Sony and you offer it in Mobi, and PDF, and I want it in ePub, I won't get it. Plus be clear on DRM status.
