I'm enjoying floral teas as well as plain black commercial teas since I removed dairy from the mix. Over here ones eyebrows are raised when learning that someone does not require milk.
You might want to try the Japanese Bancha and Sencha. They are very yummy, good for you, and have a taste that is in line with veggies. Light, a hint of floral, kind of grassy.

You might also like Oolongs. They tend to be a bit heavier then the Japanese greens but many have a floral tone to them that is quite good.
