Actually could be he did the 1.9.5 Beta. The Beta added 5 new fonts IIRC but they changed out 3 of those for the release version based on beta feedback. When betatesters got the official update it didn't delete these extra fonts thus we ended up with 10 "preloaded" fonts. So now I'm not sure if you can actually get to 15 or if you can only add 5 which for most people means you can only get to 12 total
