For those of you who already had and used the Buy a Kindle book using your Visa and get a $10 credit the first time the offer came around, did you spend over $10 on the book you purchased? The current offer says you have to purchase at least one book but doesn't give a dollar amount you have to spend. Can you spend less than $10 and still get the $10 credit?
Also, for those who took advantage of the offer the first time around how long did it take to get your $10 credit and can you use it on anything you want?
