Ah, you're right, goldberry, I suppose it is only a signed and not a stable release--guess I'm spreading misinformation instead of clearing it up :P

Honestly, I would still not recommend to anyone to start on 7.0.3 at this point. The only time I've had "Wi-Fi issues" was on 7.0.3 before I switched to the original 7.1 beta, and some people have had "Wi-Fi issues" on basically every existing NC ROM, including stock. I've been on nightlies for weeks (updating about once per week) with no issues.

I can see the appeal of "don't fix it if it ain't broke" if you have a stable install (especially if you're running from SD, which can be more finicky), but there's no reason to be afraid of the nightlies, much less the long awaited release candidate.
