I'm trying to convert a 142MB CHM file to MOBI, but it errors out every time. With a 2GB Macbook running OS X, do I even have enough RAM to do this or I am I doomed to failure?

I'd rather know now than keep trying!

I did successfully convert it from CHM to PDF using iCHM, but the PDF is a disaster and lost all its TOC. It's a medical textbook so a functioning TOC with the ability to skip ahead is a must.
