Border's "store" doesn't work?
While trying to order a Touch, I repeatedly got this after going through all of the shopping cart screens:
"We're sorry, but due to technical difficulties we cannot place your order at this time."
Not a good way to drive sales, and since my local Borders STILL doesn't have stock, they sure don't make it easy to do biz...
And BTW, for the web site programmers: Do Not require the customer to enter information in non-usual formats, it causes endless errors.
I'm referring to the need to enter a phone number as ten digits without any punctuation at all - that's just truly lazy programming, with little consideration for the customer interaction.
