This just seems such a bogus issue.
How exactly is there more 'distraction' when I'm reading on my NC vs an eInk device?
I'm reading a book. The system does nothing to distract me. The only things that ever interrupt me are a low battery warning, and a late-night warning that I've specifically asked for.
Are we really such an ADD society that the mere fact that a device could be doing something else is distracting?
