Does the iOS Nook app offer the ability to transfer files from iTunes via File Sharing?
With your iPhone connected, and iTunes running, select the iPhone in the iTunes DEVICES list.
In the tab across the top of the iTunes window, selected 'Apps'.
Scroll to the bottom of that window, to the File Sharing section. Is the Nook app listed in the Apps list? If so, you can select the Nook app, then drag books from calibre to Documents window.
