Yes, it would appear so. I, too (Netherlands), can only buy a very select few (and they're much more expensive than for US buyers). None of my old faves from the old Bantam books releases are available.
I really am getting annoyed with this. Amazon allows us to buy the amazon.com Kindle, but I for one cannot buy most of the books I want to read.
Good thing I mostly use the Kindle for fanfic reading, but that doesn't make it any less annoying. I understand it's not amazon's fault, but still...
