If you're sure the name is correctly typed in the 'extensions.cfg' file, then try erasing the file 'handlers.cfg' located in the same folder as 'extensions.cfg' (in \system\profiles\default\config\). It's worked for me. Make a backup copy of 'handlers.cfg' first just in case.
