Mine just arrived. It downloaded the update, found my wifi (but g, not n band; hmm) and is just a joy to use so far. I had a kindle 2 and this blows it out of the water. So far, it's otherwise great.
One user interface thing: No heart symbol when the books are viewed as covers 6 to a page, so I was confused as to how to add to a shortlist. The heart is present in the other views.
This thing is great, and I'm looking forward to the tweaks to things like fonts--They need to lose the bigger, bigger, bigger thing and let you see what it looks like.
