Believe me, in this neighborhood you are not fully accessorized while walking your dog unless you're swinging a (loaded) poo bag in one hand when you head back home.
Seriously, although it's not true all over the city, here pretty much everybody picks up after their dogs, and we have a lot of dogs. I've got that little bag holder on Sammy's leash, too.
