For really good protection, I recommend the CaseLogic designed for the PRS 300. It holds the reader in with little straps across the corners, zips shut, and has a very nice pad over the screen. I can confirm that the 350 fits this case.

As someone who has both the PocketBook and the PRS 350, I can tell you that the Pearl screen really does make a difference. I can read smaller fonts on my PRS 350 and the letters are sharp and clear.
