My first reader was a Palm Teo, then I switched to several iterations of Windows Mobile PDAs and phones. Then I got a PRS 505, followed by a JetBook.
Then along came the wonderful world of Android with apps for all the reader formats, and I’ve had a couple of Android phones, the latest being a 4.3” HTC EVO 4G. I found myself reading pretty much exclusively on that until I got a 7” Samsung Galaxy Tab. THAT’S my reader now, I haven’t used any other since getting the SGT. It’s small enough to fit in my front trousers pocket, and large enough to read comfortably without too many page turns. My only issue with it is the battery won’t make it through an all day read, but then If I can devote a whole day to just reading, I can plug the lil beastie in, and it’s all good!
