@Pigeon92 and HarryT: The substrate problem is widespread and heartbreaking. Just type the word "substrate" into the search box at the top of this page and you'll get 14 pages of links to similar discussions. The most frustrating part is that it happens to brand-new units and happens spontaneously. Hence my post here....
