I not only haven't received mine, I also haven't heard back from my CS email. Not even a "got your email" email.

I do NOT want to call them directly -- last time I did, I was on hold for literally 2 hours. I timed it.

I knew this was a possibility when I got the card, but I'm still irked. Is there a Kobo credit card with instant rebates?
