I read it as one offer not one skin. One skin would make no sense as it would make anything under $20 not part of the offer.
You are right on the ones above $20, I should have checked more thoroughly. I was just annoyed at all the skins just 1 cent too low and the fact that they left out hundreds of the skins I prefer that are from Invisibledefenders and many others that are selling closer to $11. Actually, they don't even seem to recognize that these items are Kindle accessories. I won't even get into how the $24.99 skins came in just under the free shipping cut off. All in all, this offer just won't do me any good.
