And if you want help, it is a good idea to provide more information... book details, format, whether resized... in fact everything about the situation. Mark has mentioned the most likely problems but without more information...

It is unlikely that the PRS+ is the problem as the thousands of us using it just might have noticed it by now but if you decide that is the case then just restore to original Sony settings...
