Is this book available to Americans?
Hello,
I am looking to purchase a certain ebook (see link below), and I live in Canada, with both a Kindle 3 and a PRS-950. Now I tried using inkmesh to locate this book, but so far I've had no luck, even using an American IP address (free VPN). Can anyone from the US in this forum actually confirm that this link actually points to a valid ebook which could be purchased? None of the links worked for me, but maybe it's because I'm from Canada...
