I think you mean "check under Images"
Do you see a image placeholder (square with ?) in Sigil.
other things that make this look like Sigil's fault.
Images references with case difference (Windows don't care. but EPUB does) names or extension.
Images that had the wrong extension (Sigil files by extension).
