Sharyn McCrumb (Okay I'm going to have to explain this one *checks thread heading*)

Sharyn wrote a short story told from Di's point of view in the anthology Foggy Mountain Breakdown. It's in the form of a letter from Di left to William, to be opened when he is King. It's based on a conspiracy theory about Rudolf Hess being locked in the Tower of London for years upon years during WWII and in the story, Di's afraid they are going to do the same to Fergie, because she's such an embarrassment. So she tells William to check the Tower and let her out when he's King and they can't tell him no. (My memory is foggy on the details, some of the salient points may be different but this is the gist).
Anyway, this was published right after Di was killed - the publisher nearly pulled it. Sharyn says she got the idea in a dream.
