If it were me, I'd wait for Square Trade.
But perhaps you don't need them. I know you posted your problem(s) before, but would you mind telling us again exactly what is going wrong and what you've done so far? Also, do you have Ermine or Dingo on your PE?
Even if you decide to ask Square Trade or SupporTrix for help, your description of the problem might help someone else.
