Doubtful Google News has a mobile site...

Google News and Yahoo! News are completely different services. Yahoo, like any good lazy news-provider, gives Reuters and AP feeds, but formats them, which gives them certain liberties with their output (such as having a mobile site). Note that Yahoo doesn't like to Reuters when you click a story.

Google News HAS a text-only site (http://news.google.com/news?ned=tus) but it's probably not formatted exactly how you need, and the second you hit a link you're going to hit a mobile-nightmare site. Google news doesn't reproduce the article. It just links to it - so without every news site that Google knows about having mobile access, you're more or less up the creek.
